California	Travel Policy Expert travel can add significantly to the cost of litigation. In order to lessen the impact of travel expenses to my clients, I maintain offices in Southern California, Northern California, Southern Nevada, and Central Arizona. All travel is billed at my current hourly rate from the office nearest the destination location. I do not charge for travel between my office locations. Southern California: Santa Paula* Northern California: Sacramento Southern Nevada: Las Vegas Central Arizona: Scottsdale Assignments requiring travel to a destination in excess of one hundred twenty (120) statute highway miles, one way, which cannot be completed in ten (10) hours or less will require overnight lodging and expenses. I do not bill for non-working hours during overnight stays. Meals, lodging, private and commercial air travel, rental vehicles and other ground transportation, and incidental expenses are billed at actual cost. Prepayment or direct payment by client may be required for travel time and expenses.
